Our American biltong and dried meat processing facility is located in Goldsburo, North Carolina. The 17 300 ft2 space allows us to produce biltong on a large scale, using industry-leading food processing innovation and custom-designed machinery enables up to 90 000 lbs of raw meat to be processed per month. Once fully automated, Stormberg will employ 60 locals from the Goldsburo community.
Stormberg is reputed to be the largest biltong manufacturer in South Africa, processing up to 80 000 kg of raw meat per month. We supply a range of stockists from our food processing facility in Port Elizabeth, where we currently employ 120 people.
